Redol Lark Downloader · Permission-Free

The Redol Lark Downloader · Permission-Free browser extension handles document data as follows:

  • Markdown, HTML, DOCX, image, and batch ZIP exports are generated locally in your browser
  • All export actions require a Redol account; access tokens stay in session storage and rotating refresh tokens stay in extension-local storage
  • Free accounts receive one successful single-document export; access checks for the trial and Redol Premium send only account, format, request, and outcome metadata, never exported document content
  • Document Markdown is sent to Redol only after you click Generate AI summary, is limited to 40,000 characters, and is not used for advertising or AI model training
  • Temporary document context is deleted after use, logout, navigation, tab closure, a superseding export, or a ten-minute timeout
  • Authentication tokens are handled only by the extension service worker and are not exposed to Lark pages or page messages

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use secure cloud infrastructure to protect your information. Report history and preferences are retained while your account is active but can be deleted upon request.
