At Redol (operated by MelogenAI), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. All payments for Redol are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle") as our Merchant of Record. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for our subscription services, and is aligned with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Subscription Services
Redol offers subscription-based services that provide access to AI-powered source intelligence feeds and content operation tools. Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
14-Day Refund Policy
You have 14 days from the date of your initial subscription purchase to request a full refund. We will process your refund request promptly and reimburse all payments received from you using the same payment method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your refund request. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund if any of the following conditions apply:
- You request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have not extensively used premium features during the refund window
- You experienced technical issues that prevented access to the service
- You were charged incorrectly or experienced a billing error
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

- Subscription renewals (monthly or annual auto-renewals)

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider. Please note that access to premium features will be revoked immediately upon refund processing.
