How to set up your account
Sign up with your email to create a free account. Once registered, you can configure your RSS feed subscriptions, set topic preferences, and start receiving AI-generated trend reports.
Understanding trend reports
Redol generates three types of reports: Flash Reports (every 4 hours), Daily Digests, and Weekly Summaries. Each report includes AI-curated highlights, trend analysis, and actionable insights from top global tech sources.
Configuring your feeds
Go to your dashboard to manage RSS feed subscriptions. Choose from our curated library of 100+ tech sources or add custom RSS feeds. Set filters by topics, keywords, and languages.
Billing & Subscriptions
Subscription plans explained
Redol offers Free and Pro tiers. The Free plan includes basic trend reports. Pro unlocks advanced AI analysis, custom feeds, API access, MCP integration, and priority report generation.
Managing your subscription
Go to Account > Billing to manage your subscription. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Payment methods
Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle supports major credit cards, PayPal, and other local payment methods depending on your region.
Technical Issues
Report not generating
If your report is taking too long, try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, check your internet connection or try again later. Contact support if problems continue.
API and MCP integration
Redol offers REST API and MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration for developers. Check the Developers page for API documentation, keys, and usage examples.
Account access issues
If you can't access your account, try the 'Forgot Password' option. For persistent issues, contact support with your registered email address.
About Content & Reports
How accurate are the reports?
Redol uses AI to analyze and summarize content from verified, high-quality tech sources. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated summaries should be verified against original sources for critical decisions.
Can I export reports?
Yes, reports can be accessed via RSS feed subscription or through our API. Pro users can also generate and export reports in various formats.
Language support
Redol currently supports English and Chinese (Simplified). Reports are generated in both languages based on your locale preference.
